| Lee Frazier graduated from Loyola University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Lee also attended the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine to obtain a master’s degree in public health and hospital administration and La Salle University to obtain a doctorate degree in healthcare. A former member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, Lee has served as chief executive officer at several major acute care hospitals, including Charity Hospital, Harlem Medical Center and New Orleans General Hospital. He also served as vice president at several hospitals, including Arkansas Heart Hospital, Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Lee is a past director of the Arkansas Department of Human Services. Lee also has held leadership positions with numerous civic and professional organizations. |

Dr. Sean M. Foley has served as the medical director at St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital for three years. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1995 from Xavier University in Louisiana. In 2000 he received a medical doctor degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn. He went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas for Medical Science with his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency in 2004. Dr. Foley is active in both local and nationwide organizations.

Peggy was promoted to the Chief Nursing Officer of St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital in 2009. She came to St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital as a nursing supervisor then assumed the role of Director of Quality/Risk Management, which she held for approximately three years. A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a graduate of Louisiana State University Medical Center, Peggy is an registered nurse with 20 years experience in nursing. Her nursing background focused on nursing management and critical care.

| Vicki brings more than 10 years of physical therapy expertise to St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital. An Arkansas native, she graduated from the UCA Conway with a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy. She received her DPT in 2006 from the Temple University. She has been a certified wound care specialist through the American Academy of Wound Management since 2002. |

| Debbie brings more than 16 years of registered nursing experience to the hospital. Debbie’s career branched from an acute setting, home health, psychological and physical rehabilitation. She strives on a daily basis to promote team building, leadership and education to the community on the benefits of physical rehabilitation. She is involved with many area community organizations to promote St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital in the Central Arkansas Metro area. |

| Patricia is currently controller for St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital, where she has been employed since 1990. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Prior to working in the health care field, she was employed with non-appropriated funds under the Department of Defense and in the manufacturing industry. |

| Sandra brings more than 10 years of human resource management experience to St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital. A central Arkansas native, she graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in management with an emphasis on human resources and a minor in business. Sandra is an active member of the Arkansas Hospital Association, Society of Human Resource Management, and the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association. |
